 Slots

These games can vary significantly between different slot game providers, from one lineup to a million ways. Depending on the game/provider, the player sets their stake per line and the number of lines they wish to play. The total stake per spin will then be displayed. This will be automatically set when the game loads, but it can be increased/decreased by the player.

Most games offer an ‘Auto Play/Spin’ feature, and the player can choose the number of spins.

In most cases, you must get the required number of symbols on a played pay line to win. Most win lines pay out on matching symbols from left to right, but some games pay out on both left to right and right to left. The ‘paytable’ shows all of the winning combinations and how much the return is for each. Sometimes, this will show as a cash amount but may also be a multiplier of the stake per line. The pay table can usually be seen on the same window as the game plays; however, in some games, you will find this in the ‘Options’ tab at the top.

The pay table also gives information about any in-game bonuses and how a player qualifies. This is a useful place to look when dealing with queries where a player thinks they haven’t been paid out correctly. Also, in the rules of the game, you can find information about the game RTP and who tested the game regarding fairness.

Table Games

A small selection of table games is available, currently consisting of card and dice games.

The player selects the chip value they wish to play and places it on their bets for both games.

As table games generally have standard rules across the board, there aren’t pay tables for each game, but the Help section in the Options menu describes how to play.

Some games are variations of more standard games, so they may have some further explanation on the table felt.

Instant Win

There are various instant win games, all with different features. However, most of these games operate similarly to scratch cards.

Virtual

Virtual games are based on simulation sports or racing. Based on RNG, we currently offer cricket, football, tennis, and various other types of racing, such as horse or greyhound racing.

Virtuals work similarly to placing a bet on a sports book, which can offer various bets. Once a player has placed their bet, they can watch the event play out and settle their bet accordingly.

However, payout issues can sometimes occur, but 9/10 times, this is due to a drop in the player’s connection, and a simple refresh will see the balance credit. You can also review the outcome of these games in the provider BO.

 Live Casino

Live Casino games from our Live Blackjack, Infinite Blackjack, Various tables for regular Roulette, Auto Roulette, American Roulette, Lightning Roulette, Dual play such as Hippodrome & Atlantic Roulette, Three-Card Poker, Casino Holdem, Texas Holdem, Dream Catcher, Football Studio, and Baccarat, etc.

 Fairness & RNG

Many players question the fairness of casino games and complain that they are rigged.

If a player has technical issues or the spins are delayed, advise them to reduce the number of tasks running in the background and delete cookies, Cache, and/or history.

All games are run from a random number generator (RNG) over which the casino has no control; therefore, all outcomes are completely independent. A player could win a jackpot on one spin and then win it again on the spin immediately afterwards.

Independent gaming Labs test games to make sure the games are fair for all players to play.

Return to Player (RTP)

A typical statement on an online casino, fruit machine, or casino slot would read: This can be found by clicking on ‘Help or pay table options’ in any game.

“The theoretical average return to player (RTP) is xxx%. This RTP represents the long-term expected payback of the game, which has been calculated by testing the game for thousands upon thousands of spins.”

  • The typical range is 90-99% (offline, the range is a lot bigger—for example, machines in service stations are set at 70%). This means the slot knows it needs to return this percentage of what’s put into it at some point.
  • Short-term swings can invariably range from a small % to a large %, resulting in many plays with small returns (a regular player complaint) to small plays with significant returns, known as volatilely.
  • We can sometimes state that RTP is up to x% – certain games behave depending on stake levels.
  • Games may run at different levels of ‘volatility’, i.e. some don’t pay out a bonus very often, but when they do, the amount is quite large, whereas others may pay out more frequently but for smaller amounts. This may explain the player’s perception that ‘I have been playing for hours and hours, but the bonus has only come up once.’
  • Table games based on RNG typically have an RTP of 97.3%
